Professional and Industrial Saw Blades by Popular Tools

Popular Tools™ has been around since 1993 and their parent company has been making high-quality professional and industrial saw blades since 1980. And up until recently, their blades have been sold only through highly professional saw shops and machine manufacturers. This could explain why most people are not familiar with Popular Tools, even though the name suggests otherwise.

Up until being approached to market their line, Just Saw Blades had never heard of Popular Tools blades, either. But it didn't take us long to figure out that these are extremely high-quality, tough saw blades. Most have substantially heavier plates than most manufacturers use and the carbide tips are thicker than you'll find on most competitors' blades. And the blades are surprisingly flat, yielding a runout or .002" or less - even on blades as large as 30"! This fact, combined with the stiff plates, means you'll get clean, true cuts time after time. And the thick tips allow for many grindings.

For the user who prefers a thin kerf, many of these blades are also available in lighter, thinner versions. Still with thick carbide, however.

All of the above makes Popular saw blades ideal for the industrial or high-volume commercial user. But their more common sized blades are also an excellent choice for the smaller shop, or even the discriminating hobbyist. If you're the type of guy or gal who likes to use one blade on your table saw most of the time, without having to switch back and forth between a good cut-off blade and a rip blade, check out the planer combination blades.

If you build cabinets, furniture or anything else that requires a good dado, be sure to take a look at the stack dado sets with 8 tooth chippers - they'll give your dadoes unbelievably flat, smooth bottoms.

For the production shop or lumber store cutting wood of any dimension, the General Purpose ATB blades come in a wide range of tooth counts (the higher counts can actually be used as finish blades!) and sizes up to 30".

Need a super smooth crosscut on your table saw? Check out the Precision Trim blades on the Trim Saw Blades page. With their alternating top, alternating face bevel teeth and a flat-top raker thrown in every fifth tooth, these will net the smoothest finish cut of any blade on the market.

Best of all, Popular Tools makes a lot of saw blades specially designed for metric European machines and specialty saws that you can't find anywhere else. Names like Mereen-Johnson, SCM, Holtz-Her, Striebig and Altendorf. How about Grecon and Paul or Metlsaw? Numerous arbor/pinhole layouts are available right off the shelf!

Popular Tools saw blades are shipped from one of three warehouses in different parts of the country: San Antonio, TX, Santa Fe Springs, CA and High Point, NC. This will save you time and shipping cost when you order.

If you want the highest quality professional and industrial saw blades for your operation, look no further than Popular Tools. You won't be disappointed.
