LARGER THAN STANDARD ARBOR?

1. Have the blade bored by SystiMatic before it's shipped to you. They know what they're doing and the tolerances they use are very strict. Your warranty remains in effect.
   
   
2. You could have your blade(s) bored to your specifications by a local machine shop. This MUST be done on a lathe, it can't just be put in a drill press. You might save a few dollars this way but you void your warranty.

Either way is going to delay your use of the blade(s) by a few days. SystiMatic's turnaround time is pretty predictable, about 3-4 days extra for this service. Have you ever taken something to someone to have it worked on and had them take their time getting to it, so 2 days stretches to 4 or 5? We have.

Obviously, Just Saw Blades recommends having the boring done by SystiMatic. Do we make anything on it? Absolutely not. We charge you the same fee they charge their dealers.
