SystiMatic saw blades went out of production in early 2011. They have some blades in stock but we have no way of knowing what's available and what's not until we either send in an order or call about an individual blade. Either way, this is likely to cause a delay of a day or two in getting you what you need, if they don't have it. If you want a SystiMatic blade, go ahead and order it but be prepared to find out it isn't available anymore.

Just Saw Blades recommends that you select a blade from one of our other two suppliers instead. Both Tenryu and Popular Tools make excellent saw blades for most applications. Tenryu blades tend to be a bit thinner and lighter than SystiMatic but do just as good (or better) a job. If you feel you need or want a heavier industrial grade blade, Popular Tools has a wider selection than anyone.

Popular Tools has a complete line of blades configured like the Budke Combination Blade. Go to www.justsawblades.com/popular/combination_blades.html

GENERAL PURPOSE BLADE
The General Purpose saw blade, designed for ripping and crosscutting solid wood, plywood and particle board. Rated #1 in its price class by Wood Magazine.
This new addition to the SystiMatic family of professional quality saw blades is designed to do many jobs: ripping and crosscutting in solid wood, plywood and particle board. Made with tough C4 carbide, it will outlast other blades and continue to give superior cuts because it stays sharp longer than blades with softer carbide. And when we say superior cuts, we mean it: clean, true and chip-free. Primarily designed for table saws, it can be used on radial arm and miter saws.

Don't believe us? Read what customers are saying:

"The new Systimatic 40 tooth General Purpose blade has much to recommend it. For starters, I did a run-out test using a dial indicator gauge accurate to .001, and the blade was dead-on flat. During the course of working on various projects, I ripped and crosscut five-quarter and four-quarter oak, and 3/4" and 1/4" plywood.

"The performance of the blade in ripping is very impressive. The cuts are clean, flat, and true.  I didn't even need to use my jointer before gluing the boards into a panel -- in fact, the blade did a better job than my jointer! All of the rip cuts exhibited zero tear-out.

"The General Purpose blade also excelled at crosscutting, with no tear-out. All of the plywood cuts, even with the 1/4 " stock, were very clean.

"In comparison to the Budke blade, the GP blade is quieter. Although this blade has less teeth than the Budke blade, the Budke blade really zipped through the wood in ripping. The GP blade demands a slower rate of feed, but the results speak for themselves. As far as getting a finished edge that you can take right to glue-up, this new blade cannot be beat.

"I'm enjoying the blade."
Steve Read, McPherson, Kansas
