Shipping Notes "How much is the shipping?" Our shopping cart program will compute the UPS charges to ship your order from the SystiMatic warehouse direct to you, based on the delivery address you enter and the approximate total weight of the order. You can choose a service that's faster than the default UPS Ground Shipping if you want and the amount will reflect that. We don't mark up shipping charges! SystiMatic sometimes uses FedEx to save on shipping costs and the figure the shopping cart gets from UPS may be higher than the actual cost; if this happens the amount charged to your credit card will be adjusted accordingly. "When will I get my blades?" SystiMatic blades are usually shipped within two business days of when we receive your order. Occasionally, we run into a situation where the warehouse is out of stock on something; we will do our best to find out when it will be in and advise you accordingly. At that point you will have the option of waiting, revising your order or canceling. Neither the warehouse, UPS or FedEx work on weekends so keep that in mind. If you order Friday and request 3 Day Select shipping, for example, don't expect your order to arrive until Thursday. If you request Next Day Air it will most likely be Tuesday when you get it. Orders are now being shipped from Big Rapids, Michigan. This means less transit time to most parts of the US, probably four business days maximum via UPS or FedEx Ground.
