Shopping at your store is one of the "good internet" experiences.

For me it has been very difficult to find this specific bushing. None of the local hardware stores carry it, I was met with blank stares at Home Depot when I asked about it. I called a number of local bushing supply stores around Boston here, and after being pushed from one store to the other, found one with the right diameters but not the right width.

Shopping online, your store was the only one I found that had the right product - along with the right description so that I knew it was the exact part I needed......
.....I wish I would have found your store earlier and avoided the wasted time on phone and visiting stores.
